For international deliveries, we agree on an individual delivery fee applicable to the specific country and dependent on the parcel's weight.

Delivery to parcel lockers

• The Buyer is informed about the delivery via SMS/Viber message and/or email, which provides the parcel collection codes. The Buyer must collect the parcel from the locker within 72 hours from the moment the parcel is delivered to the locker.
• Goods are usually delivered to the chosen parcel locker within 2-3 working days.
• The delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is credited to the company's account.

Home or office delivery

• Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 2-3 working days.
• The courier will arrange the exact delivery time by calling the Buyer's specified phone number.
• The delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is credited to the company's account.
