This document sets out the terms and conditions for the return and exchange of goods purchased under distance sales contracts in the E-shop.

1. Rules for returning quality goods after the expiry of the right to withdraw from the contract

Goods are considered to be of good quality if their shelf life has not expired, the Goods do not contain ingredients prohibited by legal acts, the consistency or other essential properties of the Goods have not changed due to improper storage conditions before their delivery to the Buyer, the Goods are not mechanically damaged, their packaging is not damaged, or there are no other quality defects of the Goods.

1.1. Returned Goods of good quality must meet the following requirements:

1.1.1. The returned Goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging. The requirement to return Goods in their original packaging does not apply to Goods for which the Seller provides a trial period or a trial guarantee. In other cases, the requirement for the item to be in its original packaging applies;

1.1.2. The returned Goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

1.1.3. The returned Goods must not have been used by the Buyer (this requirement does not apply to Goods for which the Seller provides a trial period or a trial guarantee);

1.1.4. The returned goods must not have lost their commercial appearance (this requirement does not apply to Goods for which the Seller provides a trial period or a trial guarantee);

1.1.5. The consumer properties of the returned Goods must be preserved;

1.1.6. The returned Goods must be complete (including gifts and other accessories) as received by the Buyer;

1.1.7. Goods that are packaged in vacuum or sealed/taped packaging and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery. 

1.1.8. When returning Goods, it is necessary to provide the document of purchase of the returned Goods, and a completed Goods return document, which can be downloaded here:

1.1.9. All complaints can be submitted by email info@shizuri.com. The Seller has the right to review complaints within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of their receipt, unless other terms are specified in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. In complex cases, this period may be extended by an additional 15 (fifteen) calendar days. Responses to complaints are provided to Buyers via the email address specified by the Buyer. 

1.1.10. If the Seller provides maintenance services and/or commercial guarantees for the Product, such maintenance services and/or commercial guarantees are attached in a separate document to the product. Commercial guarantees do not restrict or limit consumer rights when purchasing a low-quality Product.

1.1.11. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Seller in the product material and/or documents (including, but not limited to, advertisements, announcements, offers to conclude a contract, instructions, warranties, etc.), the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for packaged goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

1.1.12. In cases specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 2001-06-11, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 on 2014-07-22), goods are returned only with the Seller's consent.

1.1.13. Goods will not be accepted back without prior notification and agreement on the return of Goods with the Seller.

2. Rules for returning defective goods and warranty period 

2.1. Upon purchasing a defective product, the Buyer has the rights specified in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules (Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697; 2001-06-11, amended by Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 on 2014-07-22). If the Buyer wishes to have the money paid by the Buyer refunded and the Buyer's claim is satisfied, the conditions and procedure for refunding money, exchanging the Product for an analogous or other Product are set out in this document.

2.2. The return of defective Goods is free of charge for the Buyer (within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania). If the Goods are packaged, packaging costs are not compensated.

2.3. The legal warranty for the Product is 24 months.

2.4. The warranty period starts from the day the Product is delivered.

2.5. During the warranty period, a defective Product is replaced with an analogous or other quality Product, or money is refunded. If the Buyer wishes to exchange a defective product for a new, more expensive Product, the Buyer pays the price difference.

2.6. When taking advantage of the warranty provided for the Product, the warranty period does not restart – the warranty period is calculated from the initial delivery date of the Product. The period during which the Buyer could not use the item due to defects is not added to the warranty period.

2.7. When replacing Product(s), the Products are delivered no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Buyer's order, unless otherwise agreed and specified by the Buyer and the Seller.

3. Money-back guarantee

3.1. The Buyer can return a quality product and get a refund for it (money-back guarantee) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product (unless a longer period is specified in the relevant document provided to the Buyer).

3.2. The Buyer can use the money-back guarantee if the Goods meet the requirements for returned Goods set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Goods Return Policy. 

4. Methods of returning goods and evaluation

4.1. The returned item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (box and/or bag). When shipping, pack it in protective packaging to prevent it from getting dirty or torn during transit. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the item not being accepted.

4.2. At the Buyer's request, the Seller calls a courier service, which picks up the returned shipment at the address specified by the Buyer. The customer must pay 4.50 EUR for this courier service (if the parcel is significantly heavier than the standard weight of up to 3 kg, the price may be higher). When refunding money to the customer, this amount is deducted from the price of the item.

4.3. Your returned goods are delivered to the E-shop staff, who evaluate whether the products have been returned undamaged. If the terms of the E-shop's Goods Return Policy have not been complied with, no money will be refunded. In such cases, the delivery or collection of the item will be agreed upon individually. If the terms have been complied with, the money will be transferred to the Buyer's bank account within 7-14 business days from the date of return of the item.

4.4. When replacing Product(s), the Products are delivered no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the Buyer's order, unless otherwise agreed and specified by the Buyer and the Seller.

5. Return of Goods and Termination of the Contract due to the Buyer's fault for non-collection of Goods

    5.1. If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods from the chosen delivery location or fails to collect the Goods from the courier at the time agreed with the courier at the location specified by the Buyer and/or the Buyer makes the delivery of the Goods impossible due to incorrectly provided Buyer contact details, the Seller has the right to unilaterally terminate the Goods purchase Agreement and cancel the Buyer's order. In such a case, the money paid by the Buyer for the placed Goods order is refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days, less:
    - Goods return administration costs, which amount to 5.50€ (five euros and fifty cents);
    - Goods delivery - transportation fee paid by the Buyer when purchasing the Goods and concluding the purchase Agreement.
